## Description

Amex Business Link™ is a business-to-business (B2B) online payments and collection ecosystem for network issuing and acquiring participants to offer to their business customers (buyers and suppliers). It simplifies payment management by accepting multiple payment methods and supporting domestic and cross-border transactions. It is equipped with reporting and reconciliation tools and connects to all customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems that use APIs. Amex Business Link™ brings to the ecosystem a flexible financial solution, where buyers and suppliers can align their financial requirements, reducing friction around deadlines and payment schedules. This solution aims to create a space where different financial products can coexist, helping business customers make decisions in real-time. In terms of digitalization, Amex Business Link™ helps automatize different processes, such as reconciliation, letting participants have an “all-in-one” solution that allows them to be more competitive and efficient. This customized solution for network participants modernized how businesses buy and sell from one another with the flexibility to choose in real-time how they want to pay or be paid.
